To tell the truth

Yes, it’s Friday. And it’s a busy day here in the office with bands stopping by and an issue of the magazine to finish editing, which SHOULD happen today.

But all that has combined to create a lack of creativity for me. I have so many thoughts; so little impulse to coax them into coherent blog posts. So, I offer you this post, derived from something I saw on Facebook, something I’ve probably filled out before and spammed you with. At least today, you’re reading it voluntarily, right?

How many kids do you want to have→ As many as I get the chance to have as God sees fit. I’d also like to adopt, I think. (And in all honestly, I don’t think I could manage more than 3 kids.) 24. FIRSTS : 52. First surgery→ tonsilectomy at age 2. They only took one tonsil, supposedly 53. First piercing→ ears. In 4th grade, but I let them grow back together and repierced them in 10th grade. The second piercing came in 2005, I think. 54. First best friend→ Lucy 55. First sport you joined→I think I played softball as a kid. First sport was probably gymnastics, though 56. First pet→ that I vividly remember is Twinkie, our poodle. But before him there was Ginger the dog, Skippy the bird, and a few others 57. First vacation→ i don’t remember it. My parents took us to Land Between the Lakes, I think, when we were babies. 58. First concert→ This is laughable: the Oak Ridge Boys. 59. First crush→ Can’t rightly remember. Probably Isaac who was a year older than me. Everyone thought he was cute, then he moved away. 61. Drinking→ first time drinking? I’m guessing my bottle as a baby.
