The Way Home: A Bookery Advent Study allows readers to explore three primary metaphors of salvation found in Scripture: light and darkness, slavery and freedom and lost and found.
In doing so, readers will begin to understand God’s powerful plan of salvation, woven throughout Scripture, his powerful desire to redeem them to a new way of life and their glorious future, at home with him.

Format
The Way Home begins on the first Sunday of Advent and finishes on the Saturday, December 27, 2025. Each Sunday of Advent will begin with a reading, and readers will dive into the metaphors by studying selected passages of Scripture Monday through Friday. On Saturdays, we'll meditate on what we've read.
