About Our Summer 2025 Reading Plan
2 Peter
Second Peter is a letter, believed to have been written by the Apostle Peter to early Christians living in the Roman Empire. Facing external pressure in the form of persecution and internal issues stemming from false teachers and immorality, these believers needed reassurance in an unbelieving world. Second Peter is a call to stand firm in the truth, pursue godly living and remember God's promises.
Length: 3 Weeks
Steadfast is a three-week study, beginning on August 11 and finishing on August 31. Participants are invited to meditate on Peter's words with six devotions each week, one devotion per weekday and one devotion over the weekend. Each reading includes journal prompts to further deepen your understanding of what you've read.
