ABOUT THE BOOKERY
The Bookery is an online community centered on the Bible, books and baking. Launched in late 2021, the Bookery includes content designed to help women (and whomever else reads the articles and reading plans) grow in their faith, explores everything from classic lit to audio books and all things food- and cooking-related.
About the Founder
Mandy Crow is the founder and primary writer at The Bookery. A public relations professional and writer/editor living in Nashville, Mandy enjoys music, coffee shops, St. Louis Cardinals baseball, and the three pillars of The Bookery’s content: the Bible, books and baking. In early 2021, after a deep disappointment about a job she didn’t get, Mandy was praying about a desire she felt to write devotions and encourage others to read Scripture. Suddenly, God reminded her of an idea for a bakery/bookstore she’d always dreamed of opening: The Bookery. Realizing that The Bookery didn’t have to have a physical location, Mandy began writing a few Bible reading plans and launched the online community in late 2021.
