So I have to get in a creative writing mood for the tasks I have ahead of me today. What’s a better way to do that than make a wonderful list of the top fives in my life at the moment. . . .especially since the first day of autumn is tomorrow! Yeah, fall!!!!! Top five ways to annoy my friends: • Am I boring you? (right, Mindy?) • Not answering e-mails, MySpace messages, or making comments often enough • Answering the question “What do you want to do?” with my favorite phrase: I don’t care. Truth is, when I say that, I probably don’t care either way what we do. I just don’t want to be the person to make the decision! • Spiritual gifts of sarcasm and whining • Trying to please everyone and never making a decision

Top five favorite things about fall: • Cooler temps • Falling (and colorful!) leaves • Pumpkin bread • Candy corn and pumpkin candies. They’re all sugar, but I love those pumpkins! (most people HATE them! Not me!) • Sweaters and hats!

Top five favorite things about Missouri: • My family • Everybody knowing who I am when I say I’m Keith Crow’s daughter • Being able to see the stars in the night sky • Momma’s cooking • Cardinals baseball on TV!
