Sewing Sundays

So in honor of my friend Brandy, who has recently begun a drive to devote her blog posts on certain days to certain topics (i.e. Man Day Mondays, Wordless Weekends, Foodie Fridays), I thought I’d follow her lead. Because really, who wouldn’t want to be more like Brandy?

So my intention was to keep you guys up to date on my new venture in life—sewing. Yep, sewing. Sewing Sundays would be the post you’d periodically see on Unfinished Business on Sunday afternoons. The idea is to keep you updated on the skills I’m learning and the projects I’m working on. And I had this project all in mind becaue I wanted to make a little fabric box to put stuff in for my mom’s birthday (this coming Saturday). But I haven’t actually started it yet. . .

And I need to buy some interfacing. Once I figure out what exactly that is. (I’m joking. I’ve sort of figured it out. I think)

So basically, on this Sewing Sunday post. . . I have nothing to share. But don’t be disheartened! I’ll do my best to have something for your enjoyment next weekend. And you’ll enjoy it, becaue me sewing really is a complete comedy of errors.
