Reunited and it feels so good

I would like to report that Rain and I are fully reconciled.

It’s been a tough road. And you guys have been along for the ride. (See here and here.)

See, Rain was the ultimate gentleman these last few days. He may have been a bit overzealous last night when I was trying to get into my house after choir, but that was OK. It really didn’t matter. And this morning, he decided not to drench me as I left for work. He also was kind and didn’t mock me when I walked out to my car at 5:15 a.m. in the hot pink bathrobe. (Yes, I am THAT woman. Don’t mock. No one else was up at 5:15 a.m. anyway and I really needed my Bible, which was in my car.)

The point? I think we’ve made it through our rough patch. I’m not blaming Rain for everything; he’s taking a little bit of responsibility and behaving like a good beau.

Let’s just hope it stays this way!
