Living in a dream world

Last night, I dreamed a strange dream. And the whole thing seemed to revolve around me buying new pillows for my bed. They were some kind of miraculous memory foam and were on sale. For the life of me, I can’t figure out why my subconscious mind, which could have picked anything to dream about—foreign places, exciting events, whatever—it picked buying pillows.
And, if anything, dreaming about new pillows . . . well, might mean you actually need to purchase some. Might. As we all know, I’m picky about my pillows and attached to the flat ones I already have. It doesn’t matter that I’ve had them since I was in elementary school. (Yes, I know that’s gross, but I’m sure you all do something I consider gross. This is mine.)
In other news, the song “Butterfly Kisses” may have been a part of the dream, because it was stuck in my head this morning. I can find no reason why I would ever listen to or sing this song, yet there it was, invading my brain.
That’s just not OK.
