Land of Enchantment

The first time I flew to Santa Fe, I was in love with the city before I ever got off the plane. It’s like a whole different world from the farmland where I grew up here, and it seemed enchanting, beautiful, and a little mournful. I liked it. I loved the food, the art, the Square.
And I loved Glorieta, the SBC’s conference center here just outside of Santa Fe in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. It just seemed like a special place, where God has touched my heart before, even though I was here as a journalist of sorts, somewhat impartial to the goings on I was covering.
So I’m expecting big things from Him during these few days.
It’s good to be here. It’s good to be with God’s people.
God is good. I pray that my life brings glory to Him.
