It’s my birthday, and I’ll write what I want to.

It’s my birthday and in my elderly state, I have no ideas of what to write. Therefore, we’re going on a little trip to Wikipedia, and I will be sharing some random October 1 facts with you. Because we all know how reliable Wikipedia is. And I am officially starting a movement to get my birthday listed on the October 1 entry for Wikipedia. . . but I fear I am not famous enough. Enough blathering!

Three October 1 Events

  1. 331 BCAlexander the Great defeats Darius III of Persia in the Battle of Gaugamela.

Two October 1 Births

One October 1 Death
