A big day

So today seemed pretty straightforward as I drove to work. I’d get here, work really hard on an issue of the magazine, go to a meeting, eat lunch, and work on the issue some more.

It’s turned out to be much more eventful. I’ve edited devotions, rewritten my own job description (in a meeting in which we were instructed to do this!), participated in a fire drill, looked for cute firefighters, ordered my new iPod nano, armband, and Nike+ system, registered for my 8K in June (come run with me or cheer me on!), bought some VBS T-shirts for my mom like I promised weeks ago, and registered for an upcoming women’s event I’m planning at church. Oh, and now I’m back to editing.

Yeah, I’m tired, too. But at least it’s been exciting!
